“Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time.”

“Mountain views excellent with huge Double Balcony, so enjoy stay there with fun in Kids snow garden...”

“This is a great little hotel. We were in the apartment with four bedrooms for our family of seven and were very comfortable. The breakfast was a wonderful perk and was delicious. My only suggestions would be that the pillows were completely flat, there were no utensils or plates or anything else in the kitchenette and no mini fridge, which we were depending on and we had to throw food away because of that. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend this property.”

“Our room got a nice view of Eiger mountain. Staff are helpful, room facilities are basic. Bathroom is newly renovated and clean, but shower water temperature is not stable and water pressure was on low side. Down side is no air conditioning, only fan is available, which is not adequate for summer. My chocolates melt, and I can’t sleep due to hot nights,”

“Very good breakfast ”

“The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient. Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome.”

“It feels like a motel, and the hotel is not very clean.”
